Ive seen alot of comments online about how Maria should have to share the blame because she didnt leave Jozsef sooner...but she had no idea this would have happend.

I agree...Maria shouldn't be blamed for what happened. It's hard to tell why she didn't leave sooner, something we'll never know. And she did love Judith very much...she wanted to get her daughter away from him. So, no, I'm not blaming Maria, but I do wish that something more could have been done.
She was going to leave him and she is getting divorce with him, maybe she is scare of him. He like.. Dont worry i wont hurt her.. trusth me And she nodded as she want to leave so badly as if she said no and he might kill her first then judith so i'm not blaming Maria.

I agree, Maria was a victim just as much as Judith was.
I wish something more could have been done, though...I still feel that Child Services failed Judith and Maria and let them down. I know they were overloaded, but still...

California CPS did fail them, but if I recall, so did a judge. Some judge deemed the home "safe." That person could have easily removed Jozsef from the home.

I didn't know about that judge, either. I know that Maria closed the complaint because I think she felt that CPS wasn't doing anything (which, to my knowledge, they really weren't) and because she thought it was getting under control. It really does bother me when people blame Maria because no one knows how they would act in that situation unless they've been in it. Jozef lied to them and I think Maria really wanted to believe things were getting better. CPS and California failed them, plain and simple. Maria was not equipped to handle the extreme situation her family was under (who is?) and CPS should have been there for her and Judith and helped them and advised them far more than they did.
