Hello, I'm another newbie.

Hello everyone, my name is Eric, and I'm glad to have discovered this forum. I was fortunate enough to have grown up on films such as "The Land Before Time" and "All Dogs go To Heaven." Obviously, I was really young when these movies were released and never thought much about the voice actors when I was little. Recently, however, I was reading about the Heather O' Rourke story and I stumbled upon Judith's story...who would've known I've been a fan of her all this time and didn't even realize it? Her story is truly a heartbreaker, and it really pains me to read about all that she had to go through at such a young age. The less said about her father, the better...

...but I guess, as hard as it is to to avoid thinking about how her life ended, the best way to pay tribute to her is to celebrate the amazing things she was able to accomplish during her short time on Earth, and also fight for all the kids out there who find themselves in similar situations to her own...so thank you for creating this forum. I look forward to posting with all of you.

Thanks for the welcome. One question though..I've been a member of a few proboards forums before and never had this problem. When I enter the URL for my avatar of choosing, for some reason it isn't working. I made sure the image is 100 X 100, but when I click to update my profile, nothing comes up. I'm just curious if you know what might be causing this.

Mine is way higher in bytes than allowed...so I uploaded it to tinypic.com...that might also be the wrong format...I think tiny pic will fix that too.

other than that we can assist you...and we have a nice selection of animated avitars in a thread somewhere arround here.

Wow, I was using imageshack (which I've never had a problem with before) and was getting nowhere....then I tried the link to tinypic.com and it worked right away. I wonder what caused that...

anyway, thank you for the help!
