Good point, Karii! It all comes down to if and when she was killed (my intuition says yes, still waiting for the DNA results to come back), but you're probably right...she would've been 2, not 3. It's just if the remains that were found are hers, that she would've had the chance to be 3 as her birthday is/was Aug. 9th. If she was killed, we may never know how long ago she died, just like there is a little bit of confusion as to what day Judith was killed. Rest in peace Sweet-peas.

There is technology that can in fact date the remains by the condition...this is made harder by the fact they were under water...but if it could be proven that the date of her death was after Caysee was incarserated...this can make the trial interesting.

That is terrible terrible TERRIBLE!
HOW could ANYONE do that to a child!?
There is absolutely NO excuse for it! PERIOD!
I watched the last video taken with her and her grandfather and it may be just me, but I think she looks frightened. That and she's so much quieter in that video than in any of the rest I watched.

I just saw where the grandparents are trying to get an immunity agreement...I wonder if they will turn states evidence against thier own daughter...it is thier right to not have to testify against her unless they sign it away.

Everyone, It is with a heavy heart that I inform you this, but DNA results have recently come back, and the skeletal remains that was found are Caylee Anthony's. The address is: news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081219/ap_on_re_us/missing_florida_girl. Even though evidence pointed to a possible homicide, like so many others, since the remains were not yet identified, I had a little bit of hope that she might still be with us. She's in God's and Judith's care from here on out. Caylee, I'm sorry that you had to suffer all that you did, but I know that you're safe now, and no one can hurt you again. Rest in peace Sweetie, you're missed, and loved by so many.
This is very sad indeed...sometimes I just don't understand this world. Judith will look after her now...since her mother wasn't fit for the job.

Well, haven't been on this forum in a long time, but with the recent verdict, I wanted to chime in....I'm sure you are all just as disgusted with the justice system as I am. Where is the justice for Caylee? The evidence seemed pretty condemning to me, but I guess the jury didn't agree. Unbelievable.
